Step 1: Products page

Choose the location and the website will link you directly to the products page

You can choose the products box in the toolbar and choose the type of product that you want to find to go to this group of products

Step 2: Add products to the cart

When you choose the product you want to buy, click the “order now” box to add 01 into the cart or click to the products to change the quantity of products that you want to add. Then, you can see the cart and check out via the small cart button in the right of the toolbar.

Step 3: Check out

On the right of the checkout page, you can see all the products that you added to the cart with the unit price, quantity and total amount of the order. You can enter a promotion code (if any) to deduct the money in the total amount, if not, please leave it blank.

On the left of the checkout page, you need to enter the delivery address, choose the delivery time and payment method.

If you complete all the information, click the pay now button to finish the order. Our staff will contact you as soon as possible to confirm the order.

How do I create an account?

At the top of the site, you'll see a button saying 'Sign In'. Click on this, then you'll be guided through the registration process. Create an account is optional for customers

I can't find the item I'm looking for?

Please check the spelling or wording of the item you're searching for.

Can I specify a day or time for my delivery?

We offer a number of different options for delivery when you place your order so you can select the right service for your requirements. We want to ensure that your order is as fresh as possible and therefore certain products can only be delivered on specific days

How do I apply an offer code?

Simply type the offer code into the 'Promotion Code' box provided at the right of the Check out page and click APPLY to activate it before proceeding to the checkout. If the code has been successfully applied, you should see the details of the discount in the total amount.

How do I redeem my gift vouchers?

Although gift vouchers cannot presently be redeemed online, you can place your order with our store over the telephone and send us the order. Please see the contact of our store in “Our stores" page.

How will I know how much I will be charged for delivery?

Delivery charges for your order will be indicated once you have confirmed your delivery address details.
