Welcome to the Saint - Honore website (www.sainthonore.com.vn). Please read these Terms of Use carefully. The following Terms of Use govern your use and access of the Saint - Honore website. By accessing the Saint - Honore website, you agree that you have read and understood the terms in these Terms of Use and to be bound by these Terms of Use which constitute a legally binding agreement between you and Saint - Honore. 
 
If you are below 18 years old, you must obtain consent from your parent(s) or legal guardian(s), their acceptance of these Terms of Use and their agreement to take responsibility for: (i) your actions; (ii) any charges associated with your use of any of the Services or purchase of Products; and (iii) your acceptance and compliance with these Terms of Use. If you do not have consent from your parent(s) or legal guardian(s) and/or accessing this Saint - Honore website and/or purchasing Products without the supervision of your parent(s) or legal guardian(s), you must stop these actions immediately.

II/ TRANSACTION TERMS
 
You can pay for your Order either via (i) on delivery or (ii) online payment (by credit card, bank card, or e-wallet(s) available on the Saint - Honore website 
 
Normally, the Customer can choose one of the above payment methods. During the operation, the order’s value may be paid in cash upon receipt of the Product as adjusted in accordance with the actual operation situation.
 
Unless otherwise provided and notified by Saint - Honore staff, you are not required to pay any deposit for your Order.
 
Secure payment:
All information of Customers who make transactions on the Saint - Honore website via credit or bank card is protected by data encryption from the fintech supplier. Additionally, the Customer needs to take note of the following points when making any online payment:
 
(a) Only make payments via websites with card system security certificates.
(b) Never let others borrow your credit card or bank card to make a payment on the Saint - Honore website
(c) Check your credit card, bank card regularly to make sure all transactions are within your control

III/ PURCHASE, DELIVERY & RETURN POLICY
 
1. PURCHASE GUIDELINES
Note that the website is only support for order for pickup and delivery inside Hanoi City.
 
Step 1: Choose the product
Customers can take a look at our products list and choose your order in the “Product section” and their sub category on the website
 
Step 2: Add the product to the cart
After finalizing the products that you want to buy, please choose the “Order now” box to add in the cart
You will see the small green box confirming that the product is added in the right corner of the website. You can continue your purchase journey after or go straight to the checkout page. 
 
Step 3: Payment 
After finalizing the order, please choose the small cart symbol in the tools menu (on the right header of the website) to enter the cart and process the payment.  
On this page, you can confirm again the products and quantity. Please add the delivery address, time, receiver’s information, and payment methods.
Please note your requirements (if any) or your contact number (in case gift order) in the note box to make sure that the staff can understand exactly your order and can contact to you if needed
 
In case the customers have the promotion code, please add the code to the Promotion Code box and click CONFIRM button to see the discount in the total price. 
The delivery fee will be added after you completed the delivery address. 
 
After completing all the information, you click on the “PAY NOW” button. This button will help you to finish the order journey (for COD payment) or lead you to the payment gateway to finish the payment process. 
 
The checkout screen will confirm with you the order code and details. Please save the order code to get the support. 
The order will be send to your email entered in the last step
 
2. DELIVERY POLICY:
The products will be delivered as the address in the order, by Saint - Honore staff, or shipped by the shipping partners of Saint - Honore following the time customers expects. 
If the delivery of your Product is delayed, we will inform you accordingly via your phone numbers or email. 
 
In case that there is no special demand or requirement from customers or from the products in the order, the orders will be delivered on the same day or the day after (if the order is placed after 20h00).

3. RETURN POLICY
 
3.1) When returning Products, please contacts stores immediately (within 1 hours from delivery or pickup time) and ensure the following factors:
  • Defective product from the store
  • There is not enough quantity in the order but the store has not informed the customer in advance
  • Returned products must be intact as at the time of receipt, not peeled labels (if any) or have been tested. 
  • Do not accept return/replacement of products for subjective reasons. 
Notes:
  • Saint - Honore shall not receive the Customer’s return request if the Product to be returned does not meet all of the factors listed above.
  • The invoice or related documents is required for verification. 
  • Promotional gifts attached to the Product: shall not be applied with return policy
  • In case of a return, the customer will receive the exchanged product on the same day or according to the time agreed between the customer and the store.
 
3.2) Refund method:
  • For orders paid by online payment methods, the refund will be made in correspondence with the Customer's payment method. To avoid misunderstanding, if the Customer chooses to pay online with a debit card, credit card, ATM card, or e-wallet, the refund amount will be transferred directly to the same account that is used to pay for the related order.The duration for this transaction may take from 1 to 4 weeks.
  • For orders paid by cash, the Customer can choose a refund method via (i) Discount Code or (ii) cash back

IV/ COMPLAINTS HANDLING PROCEDURES:

Information included your name, phone numbers, complaint details (online or in-store purchase, what was the problem with the pictures and/or video if any)
 
Step 2: Saint - Honore staff will contact and support your problem as soon as possible (within 03 days from the date we received your information)
